The 2019 International Geoinformatics Week will be hosted at Guangzhou, China on November 22-25, 2019. Annual meetings of Geoinformatics in Sustainable Ecosystem and Society (GSES) and Geospatial Artificial Intelligence for Urban Computing (GeoAI-UC), sponsored by multiple universities and research institutes, will be held within this week. The conferences are organized by many outstanding scholars, such as Academician Chenghu Zhou of Guangzhou Institute of Geography, Academician Michael Batty of University College London, Professor Yichun Xie of Eastern Michigan UniversityProfessor Shih-Lung Shaw of  University of Tennessee, Professor Xinyue Ye of New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Yong Li of Guangzhou Institute of Geography. Conference sessions include keynote speeches, sub-forums, student paper competition, etc. It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer (EI index) in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (final approval pending). In addition, excellent papers will be recommended to ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, Sustainability,  Remote Sensing, Journal of Geovisualization and Spatial Analysis, and Tropical Geography. Scholars from around the world are invited to attend this international event and participate in academic cooperation.
